Landing on runway 4R at ewr. Went past last turnoff and had to stop on runway. Delayed traffic 'in position and holding.' all was legal, but I increased workload for controller.

Title: FLC OF A B737-200 MADE LONG LNDG WHICH CAUSED THEM TO OVERSHOOT THE LAST RWY TURNOFF, THUS DELAYING DEP OF ANOTHER ACFT HOLDING IN POS FOR TKOF.
Narrative: LNDG ON RWY 4R AT EWR. WENT PAST LAST TURNOFF AND HAD TO STOP ON RWY. DELAYED TFC 'IN POS AND HOLDING.' ALL WAS LEGAL, BUT I INCREASED WORKLOAD FOR CTLR.
