Narrative:
After normal preflight and runup, rudder jammed in slight right rudder at 50 ft AGL. Declared emergency. Flew square pattern back to runway 32 -- to make use of wind to wxvane aircraft to landing. ATC at lwm very helpful in clearing area and offers of equipment and runway choice. Aircraft returned to owner without damage. Cfii of owner mentioned previous difficulty with rudder jam!
