Narrative:
ATC facility: ZFW. Location: bonham arrival 4 mi northeast of karla intersection. A parachute jumping aircraft was given TA's by center of arrival corridor traffic. The aircraft called jumpers away. I noticed a small yellow aircraft at my 12:30 O'clock position. I then saw 2 jumpers exit the aircraft. The one on the right opened a small white chute. The aircraft entered a tight spiral and we got a TA on our TCASII. The jumpers continued to free fall below our altitude at our 12 O'clock position. Why are parachute jumping activities done so close to the bonham and jonez arrival corridors among high volume airline traffic?
