Flight planned for FL350, but given FL310 by ZJX due to a conflict with another flight. Declared minimum fuel with ZFW. Landed with 5400 pounds instead of 6500 pounds. This probably occurs every day to some extent due to the conflict of these 2 flts at cew.

Title: MD80S ACFT ASSIGNED LOWER ALT THAN PLANNED ENRTE AND FUEL BURN HIGHER RESULTING IN FLC DECLARING LOW FUEL.
Narrative: FLT PLANNED FOR FL350, BUT GIVEN FL310 BY ZJX DUE TO A CONFLICT WITH ANOTHER FLT. DECLARED MINIMUM FUEL WITH ZFW. LANDED WITH 5400 LBS INSTEAD OF 6500 LBS. THIS PROBABLY OCCURS EVERY DAY TO SOME EXTENT DUE TO THE CONFLICT OF THESE 2 FLTS AT CEW.
