Narrative:
Mission: to taxi aircraft #1 from ramp to hangar at other end of airport. T28 being moved by tug was to follow me (T28 and tug were hooked up in parking spot immediately to my left/parallel). After entering cockpit, a period of approximately 10 mins elapsed while engine was started. Warmed up, ground control contacted to obtain taxi permission for 2 aircraft and tug. Signaled tug driver ready and pulled straight ahead from parking spot paying particular attention that maintained clearance from T28 and tug (3 ft wingtip clearance). Only other plane visible was a B25 approximately 45 yards away at 2 O'clock position. After moving approximately 25 ft, I became aware of C172 immediately ahead. Turning and braking did not prevent my propeller from striking rudder of C172.
