Narrative:
Cleared to climb to FL240, expedite through FL220. At approximately FL206, TCASII advised of traffic, followed by resolution to descend. Disconnected autoplt and pushed forward to place vsi needle in the green band. TCASII advised clear of conflict and I leveled off at FL200. ATC was kept advised, we never had the other plane in visual contact. Throughout the incident the TCASII showed the plane still in descent. At clear of conflict TCASII showed 1400 ft separation.
