Anomalous propagation of varying intensities from level 1 through level 5 covering scope from west to east. No WX reported or anticipated in area. Is an on-going problem. Known to not be actual WX echoes, but almost forced to issue due to the problem also occurring during actual periods of reported WX in area. Potential hazard if and when actual WX develops.
