Narrative:
On skyline 3 departure from oak, accelerated to normal climb speed at 10000 ft. We had a 250 KT restr on pre departure clearance but we did not notice. When ATC questioned us about speed restr we immediately complied.

Narrative: ON SKYLINE 3 DEP FROM OAK, ACCELERATED TO NORMAL CLB SPD AT 10000 FT. WE HAD A 250 KT RESTR ON PDC BUT WE DID NOT NOTICE. WHEN ATC QUESTIONED US ABOUT SPD RESTR WE IMMEDIATELY COMPLIED.
