Narrative:

In light of the recent indonesia accident, maybe it would be advisable for us to emphasize the importance of knowing precisely where you are before accepting turns/dscnts given to you by ATC. Some areas where that can easily occur are gua and sjo where approach control has every aircraft squawk the same IFF code and misident by ATC is especially likely when several aircraft are deviating for WX.
