Narrative:
N90 ny TRACON ran aircraft, PA31, into airspace without handing off the aircraft. Supervisor took handoff when I requested that the coordination be opened. I advised him N90 violated our airspace and he took no action. I also advised him I lost the picture. He still took the handoff. There was a facility evaluation going on, and when I advised the supervisor that N90 was violating our airspace with not 1 but 2 aircraft, he pulled out, and left the position. This incident was not reported, and if it were not for another controller the PA31 on the ILS (VFR) runway 6 practice approach would have hit the C172 on rd for runway 15R. The PA31 on the ILS runway 6 approach was one of the aircraft that the supervisor took the handoff '3 mi final at 600 ft.' there was nobody to open the lrac/coordination position. N90 frequently violates our airspace, but because the supervisors come from N90 they never report such incidents. There were other aircraft at the time being handed off and when we don't take the handoff they yell over the line, do you see north etc? They keep violating our airspace.

Title: OPDEV RPTED WHEN A PA31 ENTERS RPTR'S AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD FROM APCH CTL RESULTING IN AN NMAC WITH A C172.
Narrative: N90 NY TRACON RAN ACFT, PA31, INTO AIRSPACE WITHOUT HANDING OFF THE ACFT. SUPVR TOOK HDOF WHEN I REQUESTED THAT THE COORD BE OPENED. I ADVISED HIM N90 VIOLATED OUR AIRSPACE AND HE TOOK NO ACTION. I ALSO ADVISED HIM I LOST THE PICTURE. HE STILL TOOK THE HDOF. THERE WAS A FACILITY EVALUATION GOING ON, AND WHEN I ADVISED THE SUPVR THAT N90 WAS VIOLATING OUR AIRSPACE WITH NOT 1 BUT 2 ACFT, HE PULLED OUT, AND LEFT THE POS. THERE WERE OTHER ACFT AT THE TIME BEING HANDED OFF AND WHEN WE DON'T TAKE THE HDOF THEY YELL OVER THE LINE, DO YOU SEE N ETC? THEY KEEP VIOLATING OUR AIRSPACE.
