Narrative:

Just before takeoff a large storm crossed north of mia, with severe windshear alerts for all runways. I changed departure runway to miss most of it and hand flew the aircraft around cells and an overhang. I locked into the WX and climbed through the 7000 ft limit to 7500 ft and returned to 7000 ft. No traffic was a factor and mia said nothing.
