Narrative:
The purpose of this flight was to check the operation of the communication radios onboard the aircraft. Previous to this flight, 6.3 hours of flying had been done. Flight time was in a C337, and a piper navajo PA31-350, 3.4 hours and 2.9 hours, respectively. We had conducted 4 successful touch and go takeoff and lndgs, with the 5TH ending in a gear up landing. Possible contributing factors may have been fatigue due to the previous flying of the day, complacency by not using a checklist or gumps check, failure to hear a gear warning horn, or the gear down green light visually, and failure to check the gear visually out of the left and right window. Aircraft damage was limited to: the bottom of the left vertical stabilizer, scratched fiberglass, dented skin and small puncture holes in the belly of the fuselage, a GPS, and a UHF antenna destroyed. Both propeller blades on the front and back were bent to the point where they were unusable. At the time of this report, damage to the engines is not known.

Title: PLT OF A C337, SUPER 'PUSH PULL' SKYMASTER, FAILED TO PUT THE LNDG GEAR DOWN AND LANDED GEAR UP DAMAGING THE UNDERSIDE OF THE FUSELAGE, ONE VERT STABILIZER, RADIO ANTENNAS, AND BOTH PROP BLADES.
Narrative: THE PURPOSE OF THIS FLT WAS TO CHK THE OP OF THE COM RADIOS ONBOARD THE ACFT. PREVIOUS TO THIS FLT, 6.3 HRS OF FLYING HAD BEEN DONE. FLT TIME WAS IN A C337, AND A PIPER NAVAJO PA31-350, 3.4 HRS AND 2.9 HRS, RESPECTIVELY. WE HAD CONDUCTED 4 SUCCESSFUL TOUCH AND GO TKOF AND LNDGS, WITH THE 5TH ENDING IN A GEAR UP LNDG.
