Narrative:
On climb out from las vegas on the mead 1 SID, we went direct to peach springs VOR instead of the 108 degree radial off of boulder city VOR to the intersection then peach springs. Center advised us of this and then gave us a heading of 115 degrees for climb to 23000 ft. There was no conflict with any other traffic. When we reached high altitude sector we were given direct peach springs VOR.

Title: FLC OF A B737 FAILED TO FOLLOW THE SID DEP TRACK DURING CLB RESULTING IN ATC INTERVENTION TO REDIRECT THEIR TRACK IN ORDER TO GET BACK ON TRACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Narrative: ON CLB OUT FROM LAS VEGAS ON THE MEAD 1 SID, WE WENT DIRECT TO PEACH SPRINGS VOR INSTEAD OF THE 108 DEG RADIAL OFF OF BOULDER CITY VOR TO THE INTXN THEN PEACH SPRINGS. CTR ADVISED US OF THIS AND THEN GAVE US A HDG OF 115 DEGS FOR CLB TO 23000 FT. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT WITH ANY OTHER TFC. WHEN WE REACHED HIGH ALT SECTOR WE WERE GIVEN DIRECT PEACH SPRINGS VOR.
