Narrative:

I was very busy vectoring to provide required mi in trail to iad approach. High tailwinds. ZOB was not providing mi in trail as required. While vectoring at least 5 aircraft and handling other radar duties I allowed 2 air carrier aircraft to approach each other with less than standard separation. One pilot reported turning out to the west. Both pilots reported seeing traffic. I did lose my 'cool' and misidented both aircraft once (but corrected) by swapping company names.
