Narrative:
While being vectored for a visual at the seattle/tacoma airport we experienced a TCASII RA between 4000 and 3000 ft MSL. The captain leveled off following the advisory and the aircraft was acquired visually underneath us and to the right. Normal procedures were resumed. Visual approachs were in use for both runways 16R/16L at seatac.
