Narrative:
Aircraft had an inoperative fuel boost pump which required a full fuel system test after each refueling. I knew this but became distracted by problems with the APU. Test was never accomplished. I allowed myself to become distracted from one maintenance problem by another one.

Title: CAPT OF AN ACR WDB FORGOT TO MAKE A FULL FUEL SYS TEST DURING PREFLT DUE TO AN MEL, BOOST PUMP INOP, REQUIRED PROVISION.
Narrative: ACFT HAD AN INOP FUEL BOOST PUMP WHICH REQUIRED A FULL FUEL SYS TEST AFTER EACH REFUELING. I KNEW THIS BUT BECAME DISTRACTED BY PROBS WITH THE APU. TEST WAS NEVER ACCOMPLISHED. I ALLOWED MYSELF TO BECOME DISTRACTED FROM ONE MAINT PROB BY ANOTHER ONE.
