Narrative:

Controller was confused on position and identify of multiple aircraft. He seemed overwhelmed. With no prior call or warning, they worked a cessna across my final to runway 19R visual. The cessna was on final or downwind for runway 15. It sounded like the controller was calling traffic for the plane behind me. After rollout the controller did not call my turn from runway even though traffic was landing behind me. I exited the runway and called ground. When I called the tower after, they were not that interested in what had occurred. In 1500 hours, I have never had a tower cross traffic in front of me while on final.
