On taxi out, told to hold short of runway 4R -- CAT ii hold short line. We passed line. Sign on taxiway does not identify line as runway 4R, CAT ii hold short line. Sign 50 ft ahead said ILS hold short line. Suggestion: identing sign with runway 4R/CAT ii hold short line, repaint line as paint faded.
