Narrative:
I was circling byu stadium with banner and an unannounced aircraft flew in front of me directly over the stadium. I announced to him what had happened. He didn't see me. I asked him to climb 500 ft and circle the same direction. He did. Other aircraft approaching the stadium, I asked them to fly at 500 ft intervals. The airspace over the stadium is popular on game days.

Title: A PVT PLT RPTS THAT AS HE WAS TOWING A BANNER AROUND A STADIUM HE HAD AN NMAC WITH ANOTHER ACFT THAT WAS ALSO FLYING OVER THE STADIUM.
Narrative: I WAS CIRCLING BYU STADIUM WITH BANNER AND AN UNANNOUNCED ACFT FLEW IN FRONT OF ME DIRECTLY OVER THE STADIUM. I ANNOUNCED TO HIM WHAT HAD HAPPENED. HE DIDN'T SEE ME. I ASKED HIM TO CLB 500 FT AND CIRCLE THE SAME DIRECTION. HE DID. OTHER ACFT APCHING THE STADIUM, I ASKED THEM TO FLY AT 500 FT INTERVALS. THE AIRSPACE OVER THE STADIUM IS POPULAR ON GAME DAYS.
