Narrative:
Climbing out of stt, controller assigned us FL330. Passing FL195, we observed another aircraft on TCASII, opposite direction, at FL210. Captain directed me to stop climb. At FL205 we received an RA. We alerted center and descended to FL200. We had visual contact at approximately 2 NM, leveled at FL200 until traffic passed, then resumed climb to FL350.
