Narrative:

No nose gear down and locked lights. Tested lights and cycled gear, still no lights and nose lights would not test. Executed low pass for visual check by tower and company aircraft waiting at runway 17. Appeared down and locked. Performed missed approach, made a PA to passenger, so went down to lower 41 and gear visual checked good, orange pins lined up for down and locked. Had fire trucks stand by as a precaution and maintenance pinned the gear after landing. Taxied to gate and maintenance inspected gear, discovered both bulbs had burned out.
