Narrative:
After takeoff from N14 cleared by mcguire approach for radar vectors naggs direct mxe flight plan route. Assigned 270 degree heading and told to contact phl approach. Upon contacting phl approach they asked what was assigned routing and said I should be direct naggs direct mxe -- flight plan route. It appeared that radar vectors was not passed from one controller to the next.
