Narrative:
I failed to remain at or below 2000 ft on departure as required for the oak 5 SID. I briefed both the oak 5 SID and engine out procedures. The engine out procedure required a turn at 2 NM and the SID had the altitude restr at 4 NM oak VOR. After leveling off at 2000 ft, the first officer called passing the fix and I began the climb. The first officer was using the 2 NM and I failed to confirm our actual fix.

Title: CAPT OF AN ACR WDB FAILED TO HOLD ALT UNTIL XING FIX ON SID DEP RESULTING IN UNAUTH EXIT OF CLASS C AIRSPACE AND ENTRY INTO CLASS B AIRSPACE. THE CAPT BELIEVED THAT HE HAD REACHED THE FIX WHEN THE FO CALLED 'PASSING THE FIX.' HOWEVER, THE FO MEANT THE ENG OUT FIX.
Narrative: I FAILED TO REMAIN AT OR BELOW 2000 FT ON DEP AS REQUIRED FOR THE OAK 5 SID. I BRIEFED BOTH THE OAK 5 SID AND ENG OUT PROCS. THE ENG OUT PROC REQUIRED A TURN AT 2 NM AND THE SID HAD THE ALT RESTR AT 4 NM OAK VOR. AFTER LEVELING OFF AT 2000 FT, THE FO CALLED PASSING THE FIX AND I BEGAN THE CLB. THE FO WAS USING THE 2 NM AND I FAILED TO CONFIRM OUR ACTUAL FIX.
