Narrative:
Gear did not retract after takeoff. Gear handle placed down and gear extended normally. A normal landing was made with exception of being approximately 2000 pounds over landing weight. During walkaround, pins not noted in gear well, no flags/streamers seen. Gear pin bag was in cockpit.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG COULD NOT RETRACT THE LNDG GEAR RESULTING IN RETURN LAND. POSTFLT INSPECTION REVEALED THAT ONE OF THE GEAR DOWN LOCK PINS HAD NOT BEEN PULLED PRIOR TO TKOF.
Narrative: GEAR DID NOT RETRACT AFTER TKOF. GEAR HANDLE PLACED DOWN AND GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY. A NORMAL LNDG WAS MADE WITH EXCEPTION OF BEING APPROX 2000 LBS OVER LNDG WT. DURING WALKAROUND, PINS NOT NOTED IN GEAR WELL, NO FLAGS/STREAMERS SEEN. GEAR PIN BAG WAS IN COCKPIT.
