Narrative:
Last day of a 3-DAY trip. First officer with 150 hours in type and captain with approximately 15000 hours total time and 2000 hours in type. I had completed all my predep duties, including setting up approximately takeoff speeds and appropriate weight card from preliminary company information. When manifest finally showed up, captain reviewed and noticed fuel was off by 800 pounds. Sent paperwork back for correction. When paperwork came back, captain barked '88' meaning 88000 pounds speed card. I said '88?' he said 'yep.' I had put the 100000 pounds card up initially from given preliminary information. We took off from runway 16L and just after liftoff and prior to wheels up, the stick shaker sounded for approximately 1/4 - 1/2 second. Everything after that was normal.
