Narrative:

We were flight msp-bis. We had a passenger with medical emergency -- sounded like possible heart attack. We descended and kept speed up to get passenger to airport and medical attention as soon as possible. Captain was PF and kept speed up, approximately 330 KIAS below 10000 ft MSL to expedite. There was no other traffic en route or in airport area. Passenger survived.
