Narrative:

Aircraft was given a crossing restr of 7000 ft at the mrlin intersection on the mrlin 4 arrival. There was a tailwind of approximately 65 KTS. I informed the captain that if he did not hurry we would not make the 7000 ft restr. His response was we're still X amount of mi, no problem. We were approximately 4 mins from the fix at FL240 when I told him a second time we would not make the restr. Once again I was informed that I was incorrect. We crossed over the point at 12000 ft descending. We reached 7000 ft approximately 7-10 NM past mrlin. I told the captain 3 times of the fact we would not make the restr. No changes were made to descent profile or any attempt to notify approach.
