Narrative:
While descending through 8000 ft MSL at 250 KIAS, clean (no speed brakes, flaps up) and without any pilot input, the leading and trailing edge flaps/slats locked out in an asymmetry condition. Was unable to correct condition and landed no flaps/no slats. A telephone patch to maintenance control, boeing, etc, was no help. Directed cabin staff to prepare passenger for abnormal condition landing and had emergency equipment stand by. Normal high speed landing, no tire damage, 1 hot brake. CRM worked well.
