Narrative:
Ground control cleared us to taxi to runway 19R via txwys B, M, east. Approaching runway 25R on taxiway east we were the #3 aircraft for runway 19R. Just after I switched the captain observed a single engine cessna on short final for runway 25R. He immediately stopped and we switched back to ground inquiring about the traffic landing runway 25L. Ground said they advised us that they had called us and said either 'they thought we heard them or they thought they heard us respond.' we neither heard the call or responded, the only communication was the initial clearance.

Title: FLC WITH TAXI CLRNC TO RWY 19L STOPPED TAXI WHILE APCHING RWY 25R AFTER OBSERVING A CESSNA ON SHORT FINAL AND QUESTIONED GND CTLR ABOUT IT.
Narrative: GND CTL CLRED US TO TAXI TO RWY 19R VIA TXWYS B, M, E. APCHING RWY 25R ON TXWY E WE WERE THE #3 ACFT FOR RWY 19R. JUST AFTER I SWITCHED THE CAPT OBSERVED A SINGLE ENGINE CESSNA ON SHORT FINAL FOR RWY 25R. HE IMMEDIATELY STOPPED AND WE SWITCHED BACK TO GND INQUIRING ABOUT THE TFC LNDG RWY 25L. GND SAID THEY ADVISED US THAT THEY HAD CALLED US AND SAID EITHER 'THEY THOUGHT WE HEARD THEM OR THEY THOUGHT THEY HEARD US RESPOND.' WE NEITHER HEARD THE CALL OR RESPONDED, THE ONLY COM WAS THE INITIAL CLRNC.
