Narrative:
Just landed on runway 22R at ord, tower stated 'expedite clearing runway 22R cross 27R and call ground now.' there is a very, very short distance between clearing runway 22R hold line and crossing the runway 27R hold line. I stopped aircraft with nose tire over hold line of runway 27R just to doublechk with ground control on crossing clearance for runway 27R. Ground control had not talked to tower prior to this. No conflict with any other aircraft. No one landing or departing.

Narrative: JUST LANDED ON RWY 22R AT ORD, TWR STATED 'EXPEDITE CLRING RWY 22R CROSS 27R AND CALL GND NOW.' THERE IS A VERY, VERY SHORT DISTANCE BTWN CLRING RWY 22R HOLD LINE AND XING THE RWY 27R HOLD LINE. I STOPPED ACFT WITH NOSE TIRE OVER HOLD LINE OF RWY 27R JUST TO DOUBLECHK WITH GND CTL ON XING CLRNC FOR RWY 27R. GND CTL HAD NOT TALKED TO TWR PRIOR TO THIS. NO CONFLICT WITH ANY OTHER ACFT. NO ONE LNDG OR DEPARTING.
