Narrative:
At approximately XX15 local, jan/xa/98, the N90 TRACON, ewr sector's mugzy controller experienced an fdad radar display problem which required him to move to a different scope. This controller had to reconfigure his position to 3 different scopes and switch his operational frequency (communication) 4 times within a 30 min period.
