Narrative:

Climb out of jax, told to maintain visual separation with DC9 holding over craig VOR at 10000 ft and continue climb. The DC9 was in a holding pattern and crossed our flight path as we climbed. He was wbound, we were sbound. The DC9 turned back to the VOR and we continued our climb having him in sight. The TCASII RA went off as we crossed in front of the DC9 again. We took evasive action by climbing rapidly and turning approximately 30 degrees.
