Narrative:
I was the PF as sic with a training captain who is also our company president and director of maintenance. After rolling out to the end of runway 19 at ilg, the captain (PNF) advised ground control we would taxi to FBO Y. Ground advised us to take taxiway east (I think it was taxiway east) and hold short of runway 32. We were busy running the after landing checklist while we started to taxi down taxiway east only to hear the ground controller yell at us because a C152 passed just 50 ft over our head while landing on runway 32. We missed the hold line because it does not bisect runway 32. The taxiway goes outside runway 32 but there is an 'approach area hold' which both of us have never seen before. This incident could have been avoided with better runway markings and a warning from the tower regarding an unusual hold line. Also, poor crew coordination was a factor.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: TAXIING LR35 CROSSES EXTENDED THRESHOLD OF RWY 32 AT ILG, DE. A LNDG C152 PASSED OVER THEM, MISSING THEM BY 50 FT. LR35 WAS INSTRUCTED TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 32. TXWY E USES THE EXTENDED AREA OF RWY 32 AND DOES NOT ACTUALLY CROSS THE PHYSICAL RWY.
