Narrative:

We were cleared to descend to 11000 ft out of FL230. I was the PF and set 11000 ft in the altitude selector. The first officer and I both verified the altitude on our primary flight displays. The altitude selector was set to 1000's versus 100' increments, per company procedures. I believe I accidentally bumped the knob, changing the altitude to 10000 ft. Upon reaching 10000 ft, ATC told us to climb and maintain 11000 ft, which we did. I believe fatigue may have played a part in this. I have been aloft more than 100 hours in the past 20 days.
