Narrative:
Landed gear up, minor damage to aircraft. No injuries or damage to other property. Practicing steep short field approach to runway 21. Apparently failed to extend gear or hear warning horn (if it sounded). Aircraft equipped with full wing flaps (robertson STOL kit) so power was maintained into the flare. This may have prevented warning signal or we may just not have heard and reacted to it. This was to be the last takeoff and landing of the day with flight instructor on board.
