Narrative:

Apparently there is a climb requirement for turboprop aircraft out of dtw. I cannot find the requirement published anywhere. Many times our aircraft cannot meet these restrs, although I don't know what their limits are. Departure is aware of our company aircraft's poor climb characteristics, although they do mention their problem with it. My concern is that I can't find them published anywhere. On this particular day, departure asked if we can't normally climb well. Before I fly again, will find out what these restr are.
