Narrative:
WX good forecast to be 5 mph. After takeoff to almost nothing. At slow speed near sunset wanted to land before sunset. Was necessary to land in residential area. Also had to fly low to accomplish the landing safely.

Title: THE PLT OF A HOT AIR BALLOON HAD TO LAND IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA TO AVOID FLT AFTER SUNSET.
Narrative: WX GOOD FORECAST TO BE 5 MPH. AFTER TKOF TO ALMOST NOTHING. AT SLOW SPD NEAR SUNSET WANTED TO LAND BEFORE SUNSET. WAS NECESSARY TO LAND IN RESIDENTIAL AREA. ALSO HAD TO FLY LOW TO ACCOMPLISH THE LNDG SAFELY.
