Narrative:
Taxiing aircraft to gate from hangar, was asked by ground if could get around air carrier X MD80 that had pushed. Said I had to wait for vehicles on the access road. I was then cleared to taxi to the gate. I knew I had less than normal clearance so my safety rider (right seat) put his head out the window to watch my right wingtip. After arriving at the gate air carrier said I had taxied over a tug and bag carts. The tug was in front of air carrier X MD80, and the bag carts were off my right wing on the other side of the vehicle access road. Nothing was hit, no damage to material or people. Formal complaint filed by air carrier X.
