Narrative:
Staffing at phl was such that the watch supervisor was working south arrival handoff. He took 2 handoffs from the center at vcn, a CL65 at 10000 ft and a B737 at 9000 ft. He typed the data in wrong. (The radar showed the CL65 at 9000 ft and the B737 at 10000 ft.) the CL65 was cleared out of the hold and descent to 8000 ft, through the B737 at 9000 ft.

Title: CTLR RPTR SAYS SUPVR CTLR PUT WRONG ALTS IN DATA BLOCK FOR A CL65 AND AN ACR B737. ALTS WERE REVERSED AND THE CL65 DSNDED THROUGH THE B737'S HOLDING PATTERN WITH LTSS.
Narrative: STAFFING AT PHL WAS SUCH THAT THE WATCH SUPVR WAS WORKING S ARR HDOF. HE TOOK 2 HDOFS FROM THE CTR AT VCN, A CL65 AT 10000 FT AND A B737 AT 9000 FT. HE TYPED THE DATA IN WRONG.
