Passenger with history of heart condition complained of severe chest pains following 16 doses of nitroglycerin. Flight deck crew declared an emergency with ATC at XY16Z for medical reasons. Proceeded direct to OM, ILS runway 1L at mke, at 320 KTS below 10000 ft. Landed without incident and taxied to gate with passenger deplaned first by paramedics.
