Narrative:

I was repositioning from the hospital to the airport after an EMS flight. The hospital is 4.8 NM southwest of the airport. Upon takeoff from hospital, I made my initial call to the CTAF of my position and intentions. I also called the unicom to put fuel on request. After those 2 calls, the only call from traffic was a bonanza 15 NM east for landing. I set up to avoid the flow of fixed wing by diverting north for a circling approach from west turning south for landing at southwest helipad. When approximately 3 NM west, a crew member reported an aircraft at 1 O'clock. I scanned from 12 O'clock to 6 O'clock and saw a cessna turning right crosswind to runway 18 and then I saw the real factor, a bonanza passing from 5 O'clock to 6 O'clock much closer. I took no evasive action because it appeared he was taking evasive action by turning away and climbing. I continued my approach and landed. Shortly after landing I observed the bonanza doing touch-and-goes but heard no radio calls from him or her. While I was landing a cherokee made calls taking the active and taking off runway 18. I had no radio problems as I heard their calls.

Title: BH222UT HELI LNDG AT UNICOM ARPT SAW A BEECH BONANZA, ALSO IN THE PATTERN, TAKE EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID RPTR PLT. RPTR TOOK NO ACTION BECAUSE THE OTHER ACFT ALREADY WAS.

Narrative: I WAS REPOSITIONING FROM THE HOSPITAL TO THE ARPT AFTER AN EMS FLT. THE HOSPITAL IS 4.8 NM SW OF THE ARPT. UPON TKOF FROM HOSPITAL, I MADE MY INITIAL CALL TO THE CTAF OF MY POS AND INTENTIONS. I ALSO CALLED THE UNICOM TO PUT FUEL ON REQUEST. AFTER THOSE 2 CALLS, THE ONLY CALL FROM TFC WAS A BONANZA 15 NM E FOR LNDG. I SET UP TO AVOID THE FLOW OF FIXED WING BY DIVERTING N FOR A CIRCLING APCH FROM W TURNING S FOR LNDG AT SW HELIPAD. WHEN APPROX 3 NM W, A CREW MEMBER RPTED AN ACFT AT 1 O'CLOCK. I SCANNED FROM 12 O'CLOCK TO 6 O'CLOCK AND SAW A CESSNA TURNING R XWIND TO RWY 18 AND THEN I SAW THE REAL FACTOR, A BONANZA PASSING FROM 5 O'CLOCK TO 6 O'CLOCK MUCH CLOSER. I TOOK NO EVASIVE ACTION BECAUSE IT APPEARED HE WAS TAKING EVASIVE ACTION BY TURNING AWAY AND CLBING. I CONTINUED MY APCH AND LANDED. SHORTLY AFTER LNDG I OBSERVED THE BONANZA DOING TOUCH-AND-GOES BUT HEARD NO RADIO CALLS FROM HIM OR HER. WHILE I WAS LNDG A CHEROKEE MADE CALLS TAKING THE ACTIVE AND TAKING OFF RWY 18. I HAD NO RADIO PROBS AS I HEARD THEIR CALLS.
