Narrative:
I was flying the aircraft. Climbing out of FL250, the #2 pack appeared to fail. Reset was unsuccessful. Cabin continued to climb at 700 FPM. Climb was stopped at FL280. #1 pack appeared to fail just after leveloff. Reset of the #1 pack was also unsuccessful. The captain initiated an emergency descent and returned to sju.

Title: AN A300 LOSES BOTH PACKS AND ALL PRESSURIZATION CAPABILITY. AN EMER DSCNT IS INITIATED AND THE ACFT RETURNS TO SJU. PACKS WOULD NOT RESET.
Narrative: I WAS FLYING THE ACFT. CLBING OUT OF FL250, THE #2 PACK APPEARED TO FAIL. RESET WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. CABIN CONTINUED TO CLB AT 700 FPM. CLB WAS STOPPED AT FL280. #1 PACK APPEARED TO FAIL JUST AFTER LEVELOFF. RESET OF THE #1 PACK WAS ALSO UNSUCCESSFUL. THE CAPT INITIATED AN EMER DSCNT AND RETURNED TO SJU.
