Narrative:
Approaching fwa VOR ATC cleared us to climb from FL370 to FL390 for traffic. Shortly after leveling at FL390 we received a TCASII TA. A few seconds later a TCASII climb RA. We complied with the RA and notified ATC. We climbed to approximately FL395 and the traffic passed off to our left. After returning to our assigned altitude ATC handed us off to another frequency without further comment or explanation.
