Narrative:
At the time of this trip, I was starting my 15TH week of pregnancy. This was the final segment of my trip which also happened to be an all night flight. Due to my condition, I believe the night hours were physically difficult for me to work. I experienced lower abdominal pain that consisted for at least 2 hours. This caused concern to myself and my fellow crew members. I did not feel the need to divert to another city without any other complications such as bleeding, etc. As a precautionary measure paramedics did meet the flight upon arrival in miami. During flight my blood pressure was taken by a passenger registered nurse and was 80/60 which is low for me, but the paramedics took it again and it had started to return to normal so I went home to get some rest. I visited my doctor and am currently doing well. I've even accomplished an occurrence free trip since then, all daytime flts of course. Everyone involved was very professional and helpful.
