Narrative:
Last yr the approach courses for VOR runway 35L and VOR runway 17R were shifted to the east. During marginal conditions the traffic on the parallel runway 35R/17L interferes with the VOR traffic runway 35L/17R. We have had traffic for runway 35R follow the VOR traffic for runway 35L. A number of fpl's here are disapproving VOR approachs when visibility is reduced. Serious consideration should be given to shifting the VOR approach courses back to the west.
