Narrative:
Low visibility and poor taxi signage caused confusion at intersection of runways while taxiing to runway 16 at eugene with a clearance to cross runway 21. I thought I was on a different taxiway than I actually was which led to me going around the 'corner' of runway 21 to get to the correct taxiway. My wing may have extended over active runway.

Title: SMT ACFT TAXIING TO RWY IN FOG WAS DISORIENTED REGARDING HIS POS ON THE TXWY AND CROSSED THE END OF A RWY.
Narrative: LOW VISIBILITY AND POOR TAXI SIGNAGE CAUSED CONFUSION AT INTXN OF RWYS WHILE TAXIING TO RWY 16 AT EUGENE WITH A CLRNC TO CROSS RWY 21. I THOUGHT I WAS ON A DIFFERENT TXWY THAN I ACTUALLY WAS WHICH LED TO ME GOING AROUND THE 'CORNER' OF RWY 21 TO GET TO THE CORRECT TXWY. MY WING MAY HAVE EXTENDED OVER ACTIVE RWY.
