Narrative:

Passenger in seats xx hj harassed 'Y' flight attendant the whole trip. I (purser) was informed frequently. He was upset that he could not use first class lavatory. A sign was posted that main cabin passenger lavatories are in the aft of the cabin and there are 4. He kept repeating that he was FAA and he can use anything he wants. He finally at descent wanted to speak with me, after berating #3 who informed me that passenger needs a wheelchair and help deplaning. I went back and spoke to mr X. He was very upset that he was treated so badly being disabled, etc. I told him that seated he looked like any other passenger and that I would order a wheelchair for him. He kept repeating that he was FAA in a booming voice. I asked for an identify 'it's in my bag.' I need to see it. 'Oh, I forgot I am on vacation and did not bring it.' he kept insisting that he was FAA, giving a real bad name to the FAA. After deplaning he never took the wheelchair and I saw he and his wife in line at customs, with no problems of disability. I pulled his record, no sign of FAA. He was trying to impersonate a government official.

Title: AN ACR CABIN ATTENDANT RPTS THAT A PAX HARASSED THE ATTENDANTS THROUGHOUT THE FLT BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO USE THE FIRST AND BUSINESS CLASS LAVATORIES.

Narrative: PAX IN SEATS XX HJ HARASSED 'Y' FLT ATTENDANT THE WHOLE TRIP. I (PURSER) WAS INFORMED FREQUENTLY. HE WAS UPSET THAT HE COULD NOT USE FIRST CLASS LAVATORY. A SIGN WAS POSTED THAT MAIN CABIN PAX LAVATORIES ARE IN THE AFT OF THE CABIN AND THERE ARE 4. HE KEPT REPEATING THAT HE WAS FAA AND HE CAN USE ANYTHING HE WANTS. HE FINALLY AT DSCNT WANTED TO SPEAK WITH ME, AFTER BERATING #3 WHO INFORMED ME THAT PAX NEEDS A WHEELCHAIR AND HELP DEPLANING. I WENT BACK AND SPOKE TO MR X. HE WAS VERY UPSET THAT HE WAS TREATED SO BADLY BEING DISABLED, ETC. I TOLD HIM THAT SEATED HE LOOKED LIKE ANY OTHER PAX AND THAT I WOULD ORDER A WHEELCHAIR FOR HIM. HE KEPT REPEATING THAT HE WAS FAA IN A BOOMING VOICE. I ASKED FOR AN IDENT 'IT'S IN MY BAG.' I NEED TO SEE IT. 'OH, I FORGOT I AM ON VACATION AND DID NOT BRING IT.'
