Narrative:
I am a photo pilot. On mar/xa/98 I had precoordinated a photo mission in fayetteville, nc. Many of my flight lines entered into R5311. I contacted range control and was given verbal permission to enter. I was asked several times if I had permission to enter there by fay approach. But I had not coordinated this with pope AFB or simmons -- not aaf. We were flying at 1500 ft AGL in and out of their airspace, and we told fay approach about every turn that we had to make. No one said anything to me about any violations, but there were some cold silences and we held clear of the airspace twice for approximately 30 mins at fay's request. Sometimes I am forced between a rock and a hard place to get my work done. I am sending this in to cover myself.

Narrative: I AM A PHOTO PLT. ON MAR/XA/98 I HAD PRECOORDINATED A PHOTO MISSION IN FAYETTEVILLE, NC. MANY OF MY FLT LINES ENTERED INTO R5311. BUT I HAD NOT COORDINATED THIS WITH POPE AFB OR SIMMONS -- NOT AAF. WE WERE FLYING AT 1500 FT AGL IN AND OUT OF THEIR AIRSPACE, AND WE TOLD FAY APCH ABOUT EVERY TURN THAT WE HAD TO MAKE.
