Narrative:
As the dispatcher for commuter flight from tul to sfn, I did not put an alternate airport on the release as required by part 121 rules. WX at dfw did require this. The flight was handed off to another dispatcher and sometime later this mistake was realized. The flight landed safely at dfw without incident.

Title: DISPATCHER RPT REGARDING THE LACK OF AN ALTERNATE ON THE FLT RELEASE FOR A COMMUTER ACFT.
Narrative: AS THE DISPATCHER FOR COMMUTER FLT FROM TUL TO SFN, I DID NOT PUT AN ALTERNATE ARPT ON THE RELEASE AS REQUIRED BY PART 121 RULES. WX AT DFW DID REQUIRE THIS. THE FLT WAS HANDED OFF TO ANOTHER DISPATCHER AND SOMETIME LATER THIS MISTAKE WAS REALIZED. THE FLT LANDED SAFELY AT DFW WITHOUT INCIDENT.
