Narrative:
We have crossing runways at las ATCT. (2 controllers.) I was working runway 19L/right. The other controller was working runway 25L/right. I was going to get the intersection after the DC10 departed runway 25R. I taxied the B737 into position and hold on runway 19R (for the traffic). With the memory aid I use, I offset ('cock') the flight strip (which means to me the aircraft is into position and hold). Next thing I know the B737 is rolling down the runway. The B737 went through the intersection before the DC10. After checking the tapes, the B737 was cleared for takeoff.

Title: ATCT LCL CTLR CLRED B737 FOR TKOF ON INTERSECTING RWY BEFORE LEGAL SEPARATION OCCURRED WITH DC10 ALREADY CLRED FOR TKOF FROM OTHER INTERSECTING RWY. SITUATIONAL AWARENESS NOT MAINTAINED.
Narrative: WE HAVE XING RWYS AT LAS ATCT. (2 CTLRS.) I WAS WORKING RWY 19L/R. THE OTHER CTLR WAS WORKING RWY 25L/R. I WAS GOING TO GET THE INTXN AFTER THE DC10 DEPARTED RWY 25R. I TAXIED THE B737 INTO POS AND HOLD ON RWY 19R (FOR THE TFC). WITH THE MEMORY AID I USE, I OFFSET ('COCK') THE FLT STRIP (WHICH MEANS TO ME THE ACFT IS INTO POS AND HOLD). NEXT THING I KNOW THE B737 IS ROLLING DOWN THE RWY. THE B737 WENT THROUGH THE INTXN BEFORE THE DC10. AFTER CHKING THE TAPES, THE B737 WAS CLRED FOR TKOF.
